What attracted you to Colgate?
I joined Colgate because it has a reputation as a company that focuses on the growth of the individual and truly considers employees as their most valuable asset. The success of the company is seen through the development of its people. In addition to this, Colgate's leadership in the global marketplace presented opportunities for assignments around the world.
What have been your responsibilities at Colgate?
My current responsibilities as the Global Information Technology (GIT) Demand Chain Leader include leading multi-national teams in developing system solutions to accommodate global sales requirements.
What have been your most interesting projects or opportunities at Colgate?
I have been fortunate to participate in two projects, which enabled me to work and live outside of the US. The first project took me to Brussels, Belgium where I was the Sales Team Leader on the European Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. During this 3-year assignment in Belgium, I was responsible for driving consistency of Information Technology and development in support of European best business practices. Following my return to the US, I performed a similar function for Latin America, which enabled me to expand my appreciation of the international aspects of our business. Both of these assignments were extremely rewarding and provided me with unique multi-cultural opportunities.
